30-Day Returns

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns on our 50ml and 100ml perfumes within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The perfume has been sprayed no more than once or twice to test the fragrance.
• It is returned to our return address within 30 days of delivery.
• Your return includes your order number to ensure we can correctly identify and process your return as quickly as possible.
• The item is returned in its original packaging where possible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund in line with our returns policy.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, products that have been used beyond testing the fragrance or are returned in an unsuitable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
